Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship worldwide primarily via FedEx. Orders to PO Box addresses ship via Canada Post. Domestic Canadian orders may also be sent through Canpar or Canada Post.

  • Canada: $10 CAD
  • United States: $10 USD
  • Rest of world: $25 USD

Note: we cannot ship to Russia at this time.

Some international destinations, including parts of the Middle East, may experience temporary shipping limitations due to carrier disruptions. Orders to these regions may be reviewed prior to fulfillment. If shipping is not feasible, the order may be canceled and refunded. Our team will contact you if necessary.

APO/FPO/DPO delivery is currently unavailable.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Regular orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded). Hemming adds approximately 7 to 14 business days. Tracking information is emailed once an order has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages

If delivery is unsuccessful, we may contact the receiver to arrange re-delivery. Abandoned packages are not eligible for refunds or store credit, except where required by applicable law. If a package is returned to us, any return shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the store credit issued. Standard shipping rates apply to reshipments.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout.

United States

U.S. orders generally ship duties paid. Customers should not normally receive an additional duty or tariff bill at delivery. Most Canadian-made jeans, jackets and woven shirts are not subject to the current additional U.S. tariffs. Where applicable, Naked & Famous Denim covers tariffs on affected product categories. Made in Japan items are excluded and may be subject to import duties. If you receive a FedEx duty or tariff invoice, do not pay it; contact customer service with the invoice and tracking number.

European Union

Certain Canadian-origin products may qualify for preferential treatment under CETA, subject to applicable rules of origin. EU orders may still be subject to VAT, customs requirements and courier administrative fees.

Other International Orders

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the receiver is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, contact info@nakedandfamousdenim.com with your order number, tracking number, a short description and photos if available.
